SpainJobs.io is an English-language jobs board and information resource for people looking for work in Spain. It collects adverts that employers and recruitment platforms publish on their own websites, links to the original advert to apply, and publishes postings submitted by employers.

3. Conditions of use

Use of this website is governed by the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Employer accounts are additionally governed by the Employer Terms.

4. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, software and original content belong to the operator. Third-party job advert content, trade marks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Liability

The operator is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content reproduced on the site nor for the content of external websites linked from it, without prejudice to the removal duties established by the LSSI-CE once it has actual knowledge of unlawful content.

6. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
