At ALE-HOP we have been spreading joy and fun for over 30 years in more than 340 stores across 4 countries. Specialized in the sale of gifts, fun products, and fashion and decoration items, we are in the middle of an expansion process. Our goal is to fill the world with "vaquitas" (little cows).

What you'll do

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

Staff management: selection, training, performance evaluation, and supervision of the sales team and other store employees.

Inventory management: stock control, placing orders, receiving and sorting merchandise, and restocking the store.

Customer service: ensuring high-quality service, resolving customer issues, and promoting satisfaction.

Store supervision: ensuring proper product presentation in the store, cleanliness and order, and the correct implementation of the merchandising strategy.

Goal monitoring: analysis of store performance indicators and adjustment of strategies to achieve sales goals and other company objectives.

What we're looking for

What are we looking for?

Education: Compulsory Secondary Education.

Experience: minimum of 2 years in overall store management.

Intermediate English proficiency.

Own vehicle and driver's license.

Broad availability to work rotating shifts.

What you'll get

What do we offer you?

Permanent contract with a 40-hour workweek from Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts (with the legally established rest periods).

Salary range (includes night shifts, holidays, and Sundays): €1,700 - €1,900 gross per month

What you'll do

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
