CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of samples, interpreting results to support product development and quality control.
Operate, monitor, and support maintenance of LC/MS systems for physicochemical characterization of novel compounds.
Perform purity assessment, molecular weight confirmation, and key physicochemical measurements including chromatographic lipophilicity index (CLI) and polar surface area (EPSA).
Evaluate physicochemical properties such as solubility, stability, and partition coefficient to support structure-property-bioactivity relationships.
Implement and apply biomimetic chromatography techniques for compound profiling.
Process, analyze, and manage analytical data, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting in line with laboratory and regulatory standards.
Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, protocols, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, scientific literature, and best practices relevant to analytical and formulation sciences in dermatology.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Previous experience in analytical method development and sample analysis is desirable.

PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCES

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of working effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and scientific curiosity.
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, other languages are a plus.
