MISSION

Manage supply chain of clinical trial medication supplies (Materials logistics, labelling, packaging and distribution) according to current regulations and Almirall quality system.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

· To manage logistics operations for the acquisition, storage, distribution, and management of materials and products for new product development and clinical trial manufacturing.

· To manage labelling and secondary packaging of clinical trial medication. Preparation and/or review of secondary packaging and labeling guides.

· To manage the distribution of clinical trial medication.

· Ensure and maintain the quality system and GMP compliance in the activities under his/her responsibility.

· To manage operational materials requirements and packaging and labeling activities.

· To manage clinical trial supply activities under their responsibility that are subcontracted to an external company (CRO/CMO).

· Preparation for inspections by official authorities.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Chemistry or Biology

PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCES

• Computer skills (user level).

• Specialized training courses.

• Pharmaceutical formulation.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and clinical trials.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution.

• GLPs, GMPs, GDPs.

• English: essential.

• Planning skills.
