Data Management & Governance Consultant

At Atos we are looking for a senior professional in Data Management & Governance, with solid experience in projects. We are looking for someone with strategic vision, the ability to lead teams, and excellent communication skills, capable of combining a technical and consultative approach to coordinate, supervise, and ensure the quality, governance, and management of data from start to finish.

• Coordinate and oversee the Data Quality, Data Governance, and Data Management strategy at an organizational level.
• Lead and guide multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the alignment of multiple workstreams with different scopes.
• Design, implement, and monitor strategic roadmaps related to data management and governance.
• Define and follow action plans to improve data maturity within the organization.
• Develop dashboards in Power BI to monitor key indicators.
• Act as a technical and consultative reference to ensure the adoption of data governance methodologies and change management.

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in information systems project management.
• Minimum 5 years of specific experience in Data Governance projects.
• Solid knowledge of DAMA, CMMI, and DCAM.
• Experience in defining and overseeing data maturity plans and their implementation.
• English C1 level (essential).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

• Master's degree or official certification in ICT Management or Project Management.
• Master's degree or certifications in data strategy, governance, or data management.
• Certification in Data Governance and TOGAF.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI for designing dashboards.
• Experience in data strategy, governance, and management projects in the Healthcare sector.

En Atos estamos buscando un/a profesional senior en Data Management & Governance, con sólida experiencia en proyectos. Buscamos a alguien con visión estratégica, capacidad para liderar equipos y excelentes habilidades de comunicación, capaz de combinar enfoque técnico y consultivo para coordinar, supervisar y garantizar la calidad, gobernanza y gestión de datos de principio a fin.

• Coordinar y supervisar la estrategia de Data Quality, Data Governance y Data Management a nivel organizacional.
• Liderar y guiar equipos multidisciplinares, asegurando el alineamiento de múltiples workstreams con diferentes alcances.
• Diseñar, implementar y monitorear roadmaps estratégicos relacionados con la gestión y gobernanza de datos.
• Definir y seguir planes de acción para mejorar la madurez de datos dentro de la organización.
• Desarrollar dashboards en Power BI para el seguimiento de indicadores clave.
• Actuar como referente técnico y consultivo para garantizar la adopción de metodologías de gobierno de datos y gestión del cambio.

• Título universitario en Informática, Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Economía o campos relacionados.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de sistemas de información.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia específica en proyectos de Data Governance.
• Sólidos conocimientos en DAMA, CMMI y DCAM.
• Experiencia en la definición y supervisión de planes de madurez de datos y su implementación.
• Inglés nivel C1 (imprescindible).
• Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y coordinación de equipos.

• Máster o certificación oficial en Gestión TIC o Project Management.
• Máster o certificaciones en estrategia de datos, gobernanza o gestión de datos.
• Certificación en Data Governance y TOGAF.
• Manejo avanzado de Power BI para el diseño de cuadros de mando.
• Experiencia en proyectos de estrategia de datos, gobernanza y gestión en el sector Salud.
