What you'll do

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Care for, accompany, and assist residents in their daily activities, always ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Collaborate in developing and supporting therapies, following the instructions of healthcare staff and the direct care team.
  • Serve and assist with breakfasts, afternoon snacks, and other meals, as well as keep residents' personal belongings clean and in good condition.
  • Accompany residents on walks and activities, and help them when getting into or out of bed, especially those with reduced mobility.
  • Perform residents' personal hygiene.
  • Carry out the necessary mobilizations to promote comfort and prevent complications arising from immobility.
  • Report any incidents or changes in the resident's condition to the nursing or supervision team.
