We are looking to incorporate a Receptionist at one of our Ballesol centers in Madrid, someone who provides warm, professional attention and ensures quality service and smooth day-to-day communication.

What you'll do

  • Public and family assistance: receiving visitors, answering questions, providing information about schedules, rules, etc.
  • Phone and email support: managing incoming and outgoing calls, transferring to the appropriate departments, and handling email correspondence.
  • Basic administrative management: filing documentation, managing correspondence, logging arrivals and departures, and receiving deliveries.
  • Support with internal coordination: communication and administrative support for the different departments of the residence and management.
  • Access control: registering visitors and suppliers.
