• Participate with some autonomy and responsibility in the service and sale of food and beverages.
• Perform auxiliary tasks.
• Properly maintain their work area and tools.
• Prepare work areas for service.
• Assist with customer service.
• Set up service stations, tables, boards for banquets or conventions, chairs, sideboards, or any other furniture or equipment commonly used in halls, restaurants, cafeterias, or bars.
• Perform restaurant service duties under the supervision and guidelines issued directly by the establishment or the person it delegates to. Carry out tasks derived from the job profile. Assist with billing and customer payment processing.

• Interest in the hospitality sector; no prior experience is required for an entry-level position in a bar or restaurant, but it will be valued.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team spirit.
• Basic knowledge of products and menu items from a bar (different types of beers and mixed drinks).
• Physical ability to move beer kegs, hold trays with bottles and glasses, and stand for the duration of the work shift.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Conservar adecuadamente su zona y utensilios de trabajo.
• Preparar áreas de trabajo para el servicio.

• Preparar el montaje del servicio, mesa, tableros para banquetes o convenciones, sillas, aparadores o cualquier otro mobiliario o enseres de uso común en salones, restaurantes, cafeterías o bares.
• Realizar las funciones del servicio en restaurante bajo la supervisión y directrices emanadas directamente del mismo o persona en quién éste delegue. Realizar las tareas derivadas del perfil de la ocupación. Colaborar en la facturación y cobro al cliente.
