We are looking for management team members for our restaurant in Ferrol at the Boial shopping park.

What will your day-to-day be like at Burger King®?

• Sales and activity targets: Monitoring the establishment's sales and operational targets. You will be responsible for cash management.
• Human resources and team management: Be the driving force motivating your team, lead them, schedule shifts, report hires and departures, follow up on incidents, etc.
• Customer service: Managing complaints and claims in order to offer the best service to our customers.
• Marketing and promotion: You will ensure promotional materials are available and that corporate standards are met.
• Occupational health and safety: Comply with regulations and all workplace risk prevention measures.
• Restocking and stock control tasks for the establishment.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the premises.

What do we need from you?

• Experience as a manager or supervisor, preferably in the restaurant sector.
• Knowledge of operating accounts and analytical thinking for managing the establishment's sales and financial performance.
• User-level proficiency in Office and general office software.
• Leadership, with the ability to plan and manage the team.
• Minimum desirable education: compulsory secondary education.
• Full availability.
• Easy access to commute to our restaurant.
• Eagerness, eagerness and more eagerness to learn, it is never enough!

Buscamos equipo gerencial para nuestro restaurante de Ferrol del parque comercial de Boial.

¿Cómo será tu día a día en Burger King®?

• Ventas y objetivos de la actividad: Seguimiento de objetivos de venta y operacionales del establecimiento. Serás el responsable de la gestión de la caja.
• Gestión de los Recursos Humanos y del equipo: Ser el motor de motivación de tu equipo, liderarles, realizar turnos, comunicar altas y bajas, hacer un seguimiento de las incidencias, etc.
• Atención al cliente: Gestión de quejas y reclamaciones con el fin de ofrecer el mejor servicio a nuestros consumidores.
• Marketing y promoción: Te asegurarás de tener los materiales promocionales y cumplir con la normativa corporativa.
• PRL: Cumplir con la normativa y todas las medidas de prevención de riesgos laborales.
• Tareas de reposición y control del stock del establecimiento.
• Asegurar el correcto mantenimiento y limpieza del local.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

• Experiencia como responsable o encargado/a preferiblemente en el sector de la restauración.
• Conocimiento de cuentas de explotación y pensamiento analítico para la gestión de las ventas y económica del establecimiento.
• Manejo nivel usuario de Office y ofimática en general.
• Liderazgo, con capacidad de planificación y gestión del equipo.
• Estudios mínimos deseables: educación secundaria obligatoria.
• Disponibilidad completa.
• Facilidad para desplazamiento a nuestro restaurante.
• Ganas, ganas y más ganas de aprender, ¡nunca es suficiente!
• Disponibilidad completa.
• Residencia cercana al lugar de trabajo o movilidad en la zona.
• Estudios mínimos: educación secundaria obligatoria
• Experiencia previa como encargado, preferiblemente en hostelería
• Ofimática básica
