🔔 We are offering a Bellhop position to work at Amàre Hotels, adults-only hotels with an exciting combination of live music, exceptional gastronomy, and sophisticated design in prime seaside locations.

Amàre Beach Hotel Marbella is a hotel on the Costa del Sol, recommended for adults only, about a 5-minute walk from the historic center. With 236 rooms, every detail has been carefully designed to offer the most extraordinary vacation in Marbella.

You will be responsible for initiating the guest welcome process and managing their luggage, as well as performing auxiliary tasks at the reception, in order to achieve the best possible guest experience, within the scope of your position.

🔲 Support and supervision: Pay special attention to possible incidents or special needs (VIP guests, reduced mobility, children, among others). Collaborate in the guest check-in process. Collaborate with the rest of the departments to achieve the best guest experience. Participate in meeting the department's guest data capture objectives. Collaborate in carrying out auxiliary administrative tasks for the reception, such as filing guest consumption tickets, restocking brochures, as well as items on the guest welcome table, destroying lists in accordance with the GDPR, ordering stationery, among others.

🔲 Execution and follow-up: Carry out the transport of guests' luggage within the hotel facilities, accommodating their belongings in their corresponding place. Welcome and greet guests and offer a refreshment. Keep track of and restock the welcome waters offered to hotel guests.

🔲 Training and improvement: Ensure the achievement of established departmental objectives. Ensure the order and cleanliness of the luggage room, as well as the correct labeling and custody of luggage and other personal effects held in the reception department's storage. Perform other guest service tasks: errands and correspondence, collecting and distributing newspapers, requesting transportation services, among others.

🔲 Control and quality: Create reports of incidents noticed in the maintenance of the facilities in Gim Web. Be aware of the hotel's daily activities, as well as any news or matters of interest for incoming shifts. Keep the reception office areas, hotel lobby, and exteriors within the reception scope in order and clean.

🔲 Strategic participation: Collaborate in providing information of interest to the visitor: directions to make the most of their stay in the city according to their preferences, as well as information on transportation services, shows, and other activities.

You are ideal for the position if...

🎓Degree in Tourism / Vocational Training I / Vocational Training II and/or Intermediate/Advanced Vocational Training Cycle in Accommodation/ Accommodation Management/ Hospitality and Tourism and/or similar.

*In order to enter into an internship employment contract, the person must provide their educational certificate, from which no more than 3 years must have passed since its completion*

🔔 Ofrecemos un puesto de Botones para trabajar en Amàre Hotels, hoteles solo-adultos con una emocionante combinación de música en directo, una gastronomía excepcional y un diseño sofisticado en ubicaciones privilegiadas junto al mar.

Amàre Beach Hotel Marbella es un hotel en la Costa del Sol, recomendado sólo para adultos, a unos 5 minutos andando del centro histórico. Con 236 habitaciones, cada detalle ha sido cuidadosamente diseñado para ofrecer las vacaciones más extraordinarias en Marbella.

Se encargará de iniciar el proceso de bienvenida al cliente y gestionar su equipaje, así como realizar laborales auxiliares en la recepción, con el fin de lograr la mejor experiencia posible del cliente, dentro del ámbito de su ocupación.

🔲 Soporte y supervisión: Prestar especial atención a posibles incidencias o necesidades especiales (clientes VIP, movilidad reducida, niños, entre otros). Colaborar en el proceso de Check-in de clientes. Colaborar con el resto de los departamentos para lograr la mejor experiencia del cliente. Participar en el cumplimiento de los objetivos de capturas de datos de clientes de departamento. Colaborar en la realización de tareas administrativas de carácter auxiliar de la recepción, como el archivo de los tickets de las consumiciones de clientes, reposición de folletos, así como de los artículos de la mesa de bienvenida al cliente, destrucción de listados de acuerdo con el RGPD, pedidos de papelería, entre otros.

🔲 Ejecución y seguimiento: Llevar a cabo el transporte del equipaje de los clientes en las instalaciones del hotel, acomodando sus pertenencias en su lugar correspondiente. Acoger y dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes y ofrecer un refrigerio. Llevar el control y reposición de las aguas de bienvenida ofrecidas a los clientes del hotel.

🔲 Formación y mejora: Velar por la consecución de los objetivos departamentales establecidos. Velar por el orden y limpieza del maletero, así como por el correcto etiquetado y custodia del equipaje y demás efectos personales bajo en consigna en el departamento de recepción. Realizar otras labores de atención al cliente: mensajería y correspondencia, recoger y repartir prensa, solicitar servicios de transporte, entre otros.

🔲 Control y calidad: Creación de incidencias advertidas en la conservación de las instalaciones en Gim Web. Conocer las actividades diarias del hotel, así como las novedades o aspectos susceptibles de interés para los turnos entrantes. Mantener en orden y limpias las áreas de la oficina de recepción, hall del hotel y exteriores, pertenecientes al ámbito de recepción.

🔲 Participación estratégica: Colaborar en la aportación de información de interés para el visitante: indicaciones para aprovechar su estancia en la ciudad de acuerdo con sus preferencias, así como sobre servicios transporte, espectáculos y otros.

Eres ideal para el puesto si…

🎓Grado en Turismo/ FP I/ FPII y/o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio/ Superior en Alojamiento/ Gestión de Alojamientos/ Hostelería y Turismo y/o similar.

*Para poder realizar un contrato laboral en prácticas la persona debe aportar su titulo formativo del cual no deben haber pasado mas de 3 años desde su finalización*
