About the role

At Curapath, we are looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our team. The selected person will carry out the necessary actions to ensure the successful completion of the assigned project, ensuring overall alignment with Curapath's objectives.

What you'll do

The duties to be performed will be as follows:

  • Understand, use, and execute the provided SOPs and instructions, including sampling and analysis of raw materials, stability studies, IPC, release, R&D samples, standards, and cleaning verifications.

  • Perform routine laboratory tasks such as preparing mobile phases, conditioning equipment, preparing standards and samples, measurements, stock checks, and basic equipment maintenance.

  • Handle analytical equipment at a basic level, such as chromatography, IR, Karl Fischer, pH/conductivity, and osmolality.

  • Prepare samples, execute SOPs, and perform basic calculations and data analysis under guidance.

  • Draft the investigation part of deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and OOS under supervision.

  • Prepare certificates of analysis (CoAs) in accordance with established specifications.

  • Draft SOPs, analytical methods, TIs, general procedures, protocols, and reports following existing templates, as well as maintain the laboratory notebook.

  • Use and understand relevant technical literature.

  • Routinely control standards, reagents, and stocks of products/solutions, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and traceability.

  • Participate in general cleaning of the workplace and maintaining laboratory order, complying with established good practices.
