We are currently looking for SECTION MANAGERS to join us, who dare, who are not afraid to make mistakes and who support their team in decision-making, guiding them to grow in their craft to contribute to our sense of company in order to satisfy each of our sporting customers.

Requirements

In this case, we are looking for managers who are currently sales associates, with proven results and the drive and skills to lead their own team, starting with a team of 4 to 6 people, which is ideal for discovering the role of section manager.

A sports enthusiast who incorporates sport as a regular practice.

Full availability of working hours.

Availability on weekends.

University degree or higher vocational training.

Geographic mobility (a plus).

Requisitos

En en este caso estamos en busqueda de responsables que a dia de hoy sean vendedores en Decathlon con resultados afianzados y  con la apetencia y las competencias para liderar su propio equipo empezando por un equipo de entre 4 a 6 personas lo que para nosotros es ideal para descubrir el rol como responsable de sección.

Deportista que incorpore el deporte como práctica habitual.

Disponibilidad horaria completa.

Disponibilidad los fines de semana.

Estudios universitarios o ciclo formativo superior.

Movilidad geográfica (valorable).
