Your journey will begin at the heart of our Cycling and Workshop section at Decathlon Orihuela. From day one, you will be the driving force behind the in-store cycling experience, combining expert technical advice in sales with the maintenance and repair of all types of bicycles.

For this challenge, we are looking for profiles with strong training and technical expertise: people capable of diagnosing and repairing everything from the most traditional mechanics to the latest high-end technologies. Your mission will be to ensure the safety, performance, and maximum satisfaction of every athlete who places their trust in our workshop.

Once you master the service and demonstrate your technical and commercial excellence, you will become a key pillar for the development of sport and the workshop in our store, driving the section's results and building maximum customer loyalty.

We are looking for profiles with a technical and commercial mindset: rigorous, detail-oriented, dynamic, and with a clear service focus. You must live and breathe the culture of cycling in all its disciplines (road, MTB, gravel, urban) and enjoy passing that knowledge on to both customers and the rest of the store team.

Verifiable technical training and/or demonstrable experience in bicycle repair, mechanics, and maintenance.

Regular participation and deep knowledge of cycling across its various forms (MTB, road, gravel, urban mobility, e-bikes).

Full availability to work under retail hours (including split shifts, rotational schedules, and attendance on weekends or public holidays when the store is open).

A commercial, action-oriented profile with a customer service vocation, rapid diagnostic skills, and a focus on meeting performance goals.

Tu viaje comenzará en el corazón de nuestra sección de Ciclismo y Taller en Decathlon Orihuela. Desde el primer día, serás el motor de la experiencia ciclista en tienda, combinando el asesoramiento técnico experto en la venta con el mantenimiento y la reparación de todo tipo de bicicletas.

Para este reto, buscamos perfiles con una fuerte formación y solvencia técnica: personas capaces de diagnosticar y reparar desde la mecánica más tradicional hasta las últimas tecnologías de gama alta. Tu misión será garantizar la seguridad, el rendimiento y la máxima satisfacción de cada deportista que deposite su confianza en nuestro taller.

Una vez domines el servicio y demuestres tu excelencia técnica y comercial, te convertirás en un pilar fundamental para el desarrollo del deporte y del taller en nuestra tienda, impulsando los resultados de la sección y garantizando la máxima fidelización del cliente.

Buscamos perfiles con mentalidad técnica y comercial: rigurosos, orientados al detalle, dinámicos y con un claro enfoque de servicio. Debes respirar la cultura del ciclismo en todas sus disciplinas (carretera, MTB, gravel, urbana) y disfrutar transmitiendo ese conocimiento tanto a los clientes como al resto del equipo de la tienda.

Formación técnica acreditable y/o experiencia demostrable en reparación, mecánica y mantenimiento de bicicletas.

Práctica habitual y conocimiento profundo del ciclismo en sus distintas vertientes (MTB, carretera, gravel, movilidad urbana, e-bikes).

Disponibilidad horaria completa para trabajar bajo horarios de comercio (incluyendo jornadas partidas, turnos rotativos y presencia en fines de semana o festivos de apertura).

Perfil comercial orientado a la acción, con vocación de servicio al cliente, capacidad de diagnóstico rápido y enfoque al cumplimiento de objetivos.
