What you need

• Training or certification in PRL (master's degree, specialty, or accredited courses).
• Experience or knowledge in Occupational Safety or industrial safety will be especially valued.
• Previous experience (even if brief) in PRL, safety, surveillance, logistics, or an industrial environment.
• Basic knowledge of PRL legislation (Law 31/1995 and applicable regulations).
• Intermediate level of English (international environment).
• Ability to organize tasks, manage documentation, and communicate clearly.
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel) and ease in digitizing data.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire to contribute ideas.
• A preference for practical, operational, and people-oriented work.

What you will do

• Support the Health and Safety Specialist in the implementation, management, and monitoring of the prevention system at our facilities.
• Collaborate on administrative, documentary, and logistical tasks related to occupational health and safety.
• Keep PRL documentation, mandatory records, checklists, and archives up to date.
• Perform basic operational tasks on the plant floor: support in supervised pallet unloading, material replenishment, visual inspections, and team support tasks.
• Manage the delivery of PPE, uniforms, and safety equipment, as well as stock control, replenishment, and coordination with suppliers.
• Collaborate in the basic identification and evaluation of risks associated with different work areas.
• Support the investigation and documentation of occupational incidents and accidents.
• Participate in safety inspections and internal audits, recording findings and assisting in the implementation of corrective actions.
• Assist in the logistical organization of PRL training for employees and contractors.
• Support coordination with the External Prevention Service and medical services.
• Contribute to the creation, standardization, and implementation of safe operating procedures, preventive protocols, reports, dashboards, and records for the health and safety management system.
• Accompany emergency planning and evacuation drills.
• Manage and digitize safety information using Word, Excel, and other internal tools.
• Promote a safety culture by participating in internal campaigns and continuous improvement projects.
• Review, replenish, and maintain first aid kits and materials, ensuring their correct availability.
