About the role
At Dia we want to bring in a person to carry out inventories at the Vitoria branch .
The selected person will join with the aim of carrying out store inventories, according to the inventory procedures and techniques previously established by the company, taking responsibility for their proper implementation.
What you'll do
Their duties will be:
Carrying out proper compliance in the performance of inventories, as well as preparing them when necessary. Ensuring the correct counting of all merchandise during the inventory, reviewing the areas that have already been counted.
Assisting in the proper recording of merchandise in the store, updating stock with a view to the proper functioning of replenishment applications and for the control of unknown loss.
Checking the latest merchandise movements carried out in the store (orders received, direct deliveries, adjustments, transfers, etc.) to track them.
Reviewing small and large discrepancies to ensure the quality of the inventory data.
How you'll work
- Place of work: Area of influence of the Vitoria branch: Basque Country, Burgos, Navarre, La Rioja and Cantabria.
- Working week of 30 hours
- Schedule from Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. plus travel time.
Requirements
-Residence in Pamplona.
-High school diploma or intermediate vocational qualification in Administration or Commerce
-Geographical mobility
-Experience in a similar position and knowledge of using smartphones and PDAs will be valued
IMPORTANT: Type B driving licence and own vehicle

En Dia queremos incorporar un/a persona para realizar inventarios en la Delegación de Vitoria .
La persona seleccionada se incorporará con el objetivo de realizar inventarios de tiendas, según los procedimientos y técnicas de inventario previamente establecidos por la compañía, responsabilizándose de su correcto cumplimiento.

Sus funciones serán:
Realizar el correcto cumplimiento en la realización de inventarios, así como la elaboración de los mismos cuando sea necesario. Asegurar el correcto conteo de toda la mercancía durante el inventario, realizando el repaso de las zonas precontadas.
Colaborar en el correcto registro de las mercancías en tienda, actualizando el stock con vistas a un adecuado funcionamiento de las aplicaciones de reaprovisionamiento y para un control de la pérdida desconocida.
Consultar los últimos movimientos de mercancía realizados en la tienda (pedidos recibidos, géneros directos, rectificaciones, cesiones, etc) para hacer un seguimiento de la misma.
Repaso de pequeñas y grandes diferencias para garantizar la calidad del dato de inventario.

- Horario de lunes a viernes de 6:30 a 12:30 más desplazamientos.
Requisitos

-Bachiller o Grado medio Administrativo o Comercio
