We are looking for a Site Manager to work in Zaragoza. It is necessary to have training in building construction, civil works, or architecture/technical engineering, a B driver's license, and at least three years of experience in similar positions.

The main functions include analyzing project viability, planning and organizing the execution of the work, supervising tasks, and controlling costs. Responsibilities also include negotiating and coordinating subcontractors, reviewing plans and technical documentation, managing approvals with clients, preparing additional budgets, controlling delivery notes, invoices, and certifications, and performing monthly inventory tracking.

We offer a full-time permanent contract, with a schedule from 8:30 to 16:30 and a salary starting from 30,000 euros gross per year.
