Painter position for maintenance work in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. Duties include preparing surfaces (sanding, filling, priming, and repairing cracks or dampness), applying paint using brushes, rollers, and airless systems, installing coverings such as wallpaper or decorative vinyls, selecting and mixing materials to achieve specific tones and textures, maintaining tools, protecting furniture and common areas, and strictly complying with occupational risk prevention regulations.

Technical proficiency in types of paint (epoxy, plastic, enamels) and textures, precision and speed in finishing, and autonomy to solve problems on-site are required. It is necessary to have certifications for working at heights (8-hour in-person course) and the second cycle of Occupational Risk Prevention. The schedule is full-time from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with an indefinite employment contract and a salary of 1,640 euros per month, located in Dos Hermanas (Seville).
