What you'll do

Main duties and requirements.

Supervise production quality activities at the food processing facility, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and food safety certifications (FSSC 22000, IFS...).

Control the quality of raw materials and finished products before their distribution to stores.

Carry out labeling from the start with supplier information. Review and validate it (ingredients, nutritional tables, allergens, shelf life).

Collaborate with the Production, Bakery, and Central Kitchen areas to maintain safe and efficient processes.

Actively participate in audits and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements


University degree in Health Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food Technology, or a related field.

Experience (min. 3 years) in laboratories or quality departments within the food sector.

Methodical, communicative, and proactive profile, who enjoys contributing new ideas and solutions.

Experience as deputy quality manager at a food plant is a plus.
