You will be part of the team driving the technological transformation of our logistics centers, participating in the actual execution of user acceptance testing for the new warehouse management systems (WMS) and providing operational support during their installation and rollout. A key project to modernize our processes and ensure more efficient, agile operations.

Main duties and requirements.

What you'll do

- Executing user acceptance testing (UAT) on the new warehouse management systems (WMS), identifying issues, documenting them, and verifying their resolution together with the technical teams.

- Supporting operations during the installation and deployment of the WMS, ensuring that logistics processes adapt correctly to the new system.

- Collaborating with IT, Operations, and Supplier teams to align requirements, validate configurations, and ensure a smooth implementation in the live environment.

- Analyzing and optimizing logistics processes, proposing improvements based on test results and daily operations during the transition to the new system.

- Providing initial support and training to end users, resolving operational queries and helping with the adoption of the new WMS during the early stages of use.

Requirements

- Final-year students of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, or similar fields.

- Possibility of completing a minimum of 30 hours per week.

- 6 months of practical training, starting in September 2026.
