About the role

You will join our communications team at Electronic Arts, reporting to our Senior Communications Specialist, based in Madrid. You will create finished visual and written content for our teams across EA and the player communities that shape our games, with ownership and autonomy from your first brief.

What you'll do

Your Responsibilities

  • Produce playtest emails, panel messages, community updates, and localisation-ready versions for our players

  • Produce our newsletters, leadership presentations, and channel content, holding our voice and design together

  • Use generative AI to create and refine content, and build the templates and prompt libraries that help our team scale

  • Bring fresh ideas to open briefs, share progress, and close loops on everything you make

What we're looking for

Our Requirements

  • A portfolio showing range across presentations, layouts, player-facing work, video, or motion. Student and passion projects count

  • Hands-on generative AI experience in creative production

  • You adapt voice and tone for our players, our leadership, and our teams across EA

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or equivalent, plus video and motion tools

  • A genuine interest in games and their communities

Education & certifications

Education

  • A degree or equivalent practical experience in Communications, Media, Design, Audiovisual Communication, or a related creative field. A portfolio can substitute
