Interim Occupational Health and Safety Technician

From our Recruiting division, we are looking for a motivated individual eager to grow within the Occupational Risk Prevention area to join a stable project with career progression and direct impact on operational centers in Catalonia.

You will be part of the OHS department and will play a key role in the preventive management of various workplaces.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting risk assessments

* Monitoring preventive measures

* Delivering initial training sessions

* Managing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

* Tracking workplace accidents

* Coordinating referrals with the mutual insurance company

* Managing preventive documentation

* Supporting center managers

* Actively participating in the continuous improvement of preventive culture

You will work in a highly cross-functional manner, combining fieldwork with administrative tasks.

Conditions

* Permanent contract

* Salary: between €25,000 and €29,000 gross annually, depending on experience, skills, and the value brought by the selected candidate + Variable component.
* Schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with flexibility
* Possibility of occasional remote work

Formaràs part del departament de PRL i tindràs un rol clau en la gestió preventiva dels diferents centres de treball.

Entre les teves funcions hi haurà:

* Realitzar avaluacions de riscos

* Fer seguiment de mesures preventives

* Impartir formacions inicials

* Gestionar EPIs

* Fer seguiment d'accidents laborals

* Coordinar derivacions amb la mútua

* Gestionar documentació preventiva

* Donar suport als responsables de centre

* Participar activament en la millora contínua de la cultura preventiva

Treballaràs de manera molt transversal, combinant treball de camp i tasques documentals.
