Commercial Technician (Headhunting)

• University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Marketing, or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling personnel selection consulting services (not temporary work).
• Skills in autonomous organization, communication, and high-level negotiation.
• Results-oriented and achievement of commercial objectives.
• Knowledge of headhunting, recruitment, and selection models.
• Mastery of sourcing tools and labor market trends.
• Ability to translate needs and experience in middle/top management.

We are looking for a Commercial Technician for the Recruiting division with experience in commercial tasks, prospecting for clients to join our team in Vallès and Barcelonès.

• Prospecting for clients and generating new business opportunities.
• Managing and growing the client portfolio, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Presenting services and defending the value proposition.
• Negotiating and closing offers and commercial contracts.
• Coordinating with the recruiting team and monitoring processes.
• Retaining clients, detecting new needs, and meeting objectives.

• Permanent contract.
• Fixed salary (according to experience) + variable.
• Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. July and August from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Intensive day at Christmas.

• Formació universitària en Psicologia, Relacions Laborals, Màrqueting o similar.
• Experiència mínima de 5 anys en la venda de consultoria de selecció de personal (no treball temporal)
• Habilitats d’organització autònoma, comunicació i negociació a alt nivell.
• Orientació a resultats i assoliment d’objectius comercials.
• Coneixement de headhunting, models de reclutament i selecció.
• Domini d’eines de captació i tendències del mercat laboral.
• Capacitat de traduir necessitats i experiència en middle/top management.

• Gestió i creixement de la cartera de clients assegurant-ne la satisfacció.
• Presentació de serveis i defensa de la proposta de valor.
• Negociació i tancament d’ofertes i contractes comercials.
• Coordinació amb l’equip de recruiting i seguiment de processos.
• Fidelització de clients, detecció de noves necessitats i compliment d’objectius.

• Contracte estable.
• Salari fix (segons experiència aportada) + variable.
• Horari de dilluns a dijous de 08h a 17h, i divendres de 08h a 14h. Juliol i agost de 07h a 14h. Nadal intensiu.
