Fundraiser

Our client is an organization in the social and humanitarian sector, and they are looking for a membership recruiter in the Girona area. Their duties would be:

• Recruit new members for the Red Cross through direct interaction with the public.
• Provide information and raise awareness about the organization's mission, values, and projects.
• Encourage regular individual contributions through membership sign-ups.
• Represent the Red Cross professionally, conveying a positive image of the organization.
• Meet recruitment targets, contributing to the growth of the membership base.
• Properly record and manage all information gathered from recruitment activities.
• Actively collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals.
• Among other tasks specific to the job position.

• Completed secondary education.

• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.

• Experience in similar roles is valued.
• We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a people-oriented approach, and the ability to convey the company's values and mission.
• Residence near the workplace is valued.

Nuetro cliente es una organización del sector social y humanitario, buscan a un/a Recaptador/a de socios/as en la zona de Girona. Sus funciones serían:

• Captar nuevos socios/as para Cruz Roja mediante la interacción directa con la ciudadanía.
• Informar y sensibilizar sobre la misión, valores y proyectos de la organización.
• Promover la colaboración regular de particulares a través de la adhesión como socios/as.
• Representar a Cruz Roja de forma profesional, transmitiendo una imagen positiva de la entidad.
• Alcanzar los objetivos de captación establecidos, contribuyendo al crecimiento de la base social.
• Registrar y gestionar correctamente la información derivada de las captaciones realizadas.
• Colaborar activamente con el equipo para la consecución de los objetivos comunes.
• Entre otras tareas propias del puesto de trabajo.

• ESO finalizada.

• Castellano hablado y escrito correctamente.

• Experiencia valorable en posiciones similares.
• Buscamos a una persona con habilidades comunicativas, orientación a las personas y capacidad de transmitir los valores y misiones de la empresa.
