Maintenance Technician

A company dedicated to services needs to incorporate a Maintenance Technician in Sabadell. The tasks to be performed are the following:

• Monitor the operation of facilities and equipment through checks, measurements, adjustments, calibrations, and routine maintenance operations.

Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with established plans, frequencies, and instructions.

• Attend to, diagnose, and perform the first intervention in the event of breakdowns, anomalies, and incidents, carrying out the repairs that fall within their scope of competence.
• Perform general maintenance work on electrical installations, plumbing, DHW (domestic hot water), small HVAC actions, locksmithing, carpentry, masonry, painting, voice/data, and other installations included in the contractual scope.

Supervise and perform the first intervention on installations whose specialized maintenance corresponds to third parties, reporting incidents and facilitating the action of maintenance companies or technical services.

• Complete work orders, notices, records, checklists, and documentation associated with the actions carried out.
• Report to the Service Manager any deficiency, anomaly, or situation that may affect the safety, operation, or continuity of the installations.
• Keep tools, equipment, and technical areas in adequate conditions of order, cleanliness, and safety.

Comply with the instructions of the Service Manager, as well as internal safety rules, occupational risk prevention, and coordination of business activities as applicable.

• Provide service, when required, at any of the centers or facilities associated with the corresponding lot.
• Among other tasks specific to the job position.

• Correctly spoken and written Spanish and Catalan.

• Minimum experience of 5 years in the electrical or HVAC sector.
• We are looking for a detail-oriented person.

Empresa dedicada a Servicios necesita la incorporación de un/a Técnico/a de Mantenimiento en Sabadell. Las tareas a desempeñar son las siguientes:

• Controlar el funcionamiento de las instalaciones y equipos mediante comprobaciones, mediciones, regulaciones, ajustes y operaciones rutinarias de mantenimiento.

Ejecutar las tareas de mantenimiento preventivo programadas de acuerdo con los planes, frecuencias e instrucciones establecidas.

• Atender, diagnosticar y realizar la primera intervención ante averías, anomalías e incidencias, efectuando las reparaciones que correspondan dentro de sus competencias.
• Realizar trabajos de mantenimiento general en instalaciones eléctricas, fontanería, ACS (agua caliente sanitaria), pequeñas actuaciones de climatización, cerrajería, carpintería, albañilería, pintura, voz/datos y otras instalaciones incluidas en el alcance contractual.

Supervisar y realizar la primera intervención sobre instalaciones cuyo mantenimiento especializado corresponda a terceros, comunicando las incidencias y facilitando la actuación de empresas mantenedoras o servicios técnicos.

• Cumplimentar órdenes de trabajo, comunicados, registros, listas de verificación (check-list) y documentación asociada a las actuaciones realizadas.
• Comunicar al Responsable del Servicio cualquier deficiencia, anomalía o situación que pueda afectar a la seguridad, funcionamiento o continuidad de las instalaciones.
• Mantener herramientas, equipos y zonas técnicas en condiciones adecuadas de orden, limpieza y seguridad.

Cumplir las instrucciones del Responsable del Servicio, así como las normas internas de seguridad, prevención de riesgos laborales y coordinación de actividades empresariales aplicables.

• Prestar servicio, cuando sea requerido, en cualquiera de los centros o dependencias asociados al lote correspondiente.
• Entre otras tareas propias del puesto de trabajo.

• Castellano y catalán hablado y escrito correctamente.

• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en sector eléctrico o climatización.
• Buscamos a una persona orientada al detalle.
• Valorable residencia cercana al puesto de trabajo.
