About the role
Eurofirms is recruiting for an important company that is a leader in the national and international market, dedicated to promoting the effective use of aluminum extrusion. We are looking for a Health and Safety Technician for its four plants in Spain, especially with presence in Ciempozuelos, who can carry out the following functions:
What you'll do
- Implementation of procedures, safety tools, regulations, and KPIs
- Conduct regular audits and inspections at the plant, identifying areas for improvement and following up on corrective actions.
- Ensure the correct use and control of PPE
- Design and implement safety KPIs.
- Monitor, analyze, and report results to management.
- Maintain document management.
- Manage CAE with suppliers and contractors.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze causes, and establish preventive actions.
- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
What we're looking for
- Lead the management of the four plants.
- Accustomed to daily work with the SPA
- Experience in a similar position.
- Clear field orientation and presence at the plant.
- Frequent travel between Madrid, Segovia, Seville, and Logroño.
Nice to have
- Experience in implementing ISO45001 is valued.
- Residence near the workplace is valued.
Education & certifications
- University degree in Engineering or similar.
- Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with all 3 specialties: Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics.
Languages
Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.

Eurofirms selecciona para importante empresa líder en el mercado nacional e internacional dedicada a promover el uso efectivo de la extrusión de aluminio, busca un perfil de Técnico/a de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales para sus cuatro plantas en España, especialmente, con presencia en Ciempozuelos y que pueda realizar las siguientes funciones:
What you'll do
- Implantación de procedimientos, herramientas de seguridad,, normativas y KPIs
- Realizar auditorías e inspecciones regulares en planta identificando puntos de mejora y seguimiento de acciones correctivas.
- Asegurar el correcto uso y control de EPIs
- Diseñar e implantar los KPIs de seguridad.
- Monitorizar, analizar y reportar resultados a dirección.
- Mantenimiento de la gestión documental.
- Gestión de CAE con proveedores y contratistas.
- Investigación de accidentes e incidentes, realizar análisis de la causa y establecer acciones preventivas.
- Entre otras tareas propias del puesto de trabajo.

- Liderar la gestión de las cuatro plantas.
- Acostumbrado/a al trabajo diario con el SPA
- Experiencia en un puesto similar.
- Clara orientación de campo y presencia en planta.
- Desplazamientos frecuentes entre Madrid, Segovia, Sevilla y Logroño.
