Join the team in a Demand Planning Specialist role where you will review and analyze demand behavior, while collaboratively working with Sales, Sales Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to align operational and financial plans, facilitate sound decision-making, and develop a comprehensive business strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will generate statistical projections at the SKU / Customer / Country level, using historical data from the last 3 years as a baseline for the collaborative construction of the rolling 12-month forecast.
  • You will collaborate with commercial, marketing, finance, and logistics areas in planning commercial initiatives and activities (discounts, displays, promotions, campaigns, and innovations) so that key stakeholders have visibility for sound decision-making, execution of business strategies, and generating action plans in case of risks, opportunities, or other types of commercial drivers.
  • You will analyze and monitor demand behavior, as well as deviations between actual sales and forecasts on a weekly basis, in order to generate action plans and make necessary adjustments to avoid impacts on inventory and production, while ensuring compliance with performance indicators.
  • You will align the involved business areas during the S&OP process, ensuring proactive collaboration and participation within cross-functional teams to generate valuable information for the business.
  • You will ensure the weekly load by SKU in SAP-APO according to the most up-to-date commercial and supply information, so that adjustments are correctly reflected in the supply plan and key indicator compliance is maintained.
