Join the team as a Legal Assistant (Temporary) and provide legal support to various areas of the organization through the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts, as well as support in corporate governance and compliance with legal processes. Main Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and modify commercial and corporate contracts.
  • Provide legal advice to various areas of the company on contractual and corporate governance matters.
  • Participate in negotiations with suppliers, clients, and third parties, ensuring the protection of the company's interests.
  • Provide legal support to the Procurement area in the review and negotiation of general purchasing contracts, including services related to Marketing, IT, P&O, Supply, and other support areas.
  • Draft and update formats, templates, and contractual clauses in accordance with applicable legislation and internal policies.
  • Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and identify associated legal risks.
  • Manage contractual information and documentation through contract management platforms or similar tools.
  • Identify legal risks in contracts and propose alternatives to mitigate potential contingencies for the company.
