Job Description

At GI BPO we are still growing and we are looking to bring on 1 Shift Supervisor to work at a leading industrial client in the metal sector located in Legutio (Álava). If you are motivated by leading teams in a production environment, ensuring product quality, and making the shift run "like clockwork," this opportunity is for you.

What will you do in your day-to-day work?

  • Supply the production machine for manufacturing formwork planks.
  • Remove the produced plank and perform rework on imperfections following quality standards (sanders, electric saw, silicone application, etc.).
  • Move finished planks with a front forklift to the corresponding locations for subsequent shipping.
  • Supervise, evaluate, and train the team under your charge.
  • Organize shift work, prioritize tasks, and ensure goal achievement.
  • Resolve operational issues and ensure process continuity.
  • Complete the shift report and coordinate the handover with the next team.

What are we looking for?

Essential requirements

  • Certified front forklift license (UNE regulations).
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles in an industrial/metal sector environment (production and/or warehouse with team coordination).
  • Advanced Spanish.
  • Accustomed to manual work and working with production orders.

Nice to have

  • 12-hour OHS training for the metal sector (core module).
  • Warehouse operator course (6 hours).
  • Driver's license and own vehicle and good access to Legutio.
