Currently, from our specialized Mecánica 4.0 GI PRO line, we are looking for AN ELECTROMECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for an important company in the automotive sector located in VIGO.

What functions will you perform?

-Interpretation of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical blueprints and technical documentation.

-Performance of basic machining (lathe, milling, drilling, grinding) and support for CNC processes.

-Industrial mechanical maintenance: diagnosis, repair, and adjustment of mechanisms, reducers, shafts, guides, bearings, pumps, and valves.

-Execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance according to established plans.

-Assembly and repair of pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.

-Support in mechatronic and automation systems (sensors, actuators, PLC, drives).

-Welding work (MIG/MAG, TIG, and electrode) and repair of metallic components.

-Dimensional control and tolerance verification using measuring instruments.

-Failure analysis and root-cause diagnosis, proposing preventive actions.

-Participation in industrial processes of the automotive sector (stamping, cutting, welding, and automated assembly).

¿Cuáles son las funciones que realizarás?

-Interpretación de planos y documentación técnica mecánica, neumática, hidráulica y eléctrica básica.

-Realización de mecanizado básico (torno, fresa, taladro, rectificado) y apoyo a procesos CNC.

-Mantenimiento mecánico industrial: diagnóstico, reparación y ajuste de mecanismos, reductores, ejes, guías, rodamientos, bombas y válvulas.

-Ejecución de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo según planes establecidos.

-Montaje y reparación de circuitos neumáticos e hidráulicos.

-Apoyo en sistemas mecatrónicos y de automatización (sensores, actuadores, PLC, variadores).

-Trabajos de soldadura (MIG/MAG, TIG y electrodo) y reparación de componentes metálicos.

-Control dimensional y verificación de tolerancias mediante instrumentos de medida.

-Análisis de averías y diagnóstico causa‑raíz, proponiendo acciones preventivas.

-Participación en procesos industriales del sector automoción (estampación, corte, soldadura y montaje automatizado).

Requerimientos y otras habilidades de la posición:

-Experiencia previa de al menos 3 años como técnico/a mecánico industrial

-Buena actitud, seriedad y motivación por aprender.

-Capacidad de adaptación.

-Carnet de conducir.
