Machine Operator Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

OPERATIONAL

• Follow the instructions of the supervisor in the different tasks related to paper production on the machine.
• Manage, with initiative and responsibility, the usual operations to be carried out on the paper machine, regarding operational, quality, and safety actions.
• Supervise, verify, and optimize the correct functioning of the production process and the paper machine.
• Manage, with initiative and responsibility, the machine parameters, keeping the supervisor informed at all times.
• Perform the roll change and sample collection in the absence of the machine assistant.
• Manage the planning in coordination with the machine assistant.
• Carry out the cleaning of the auxiliary facilities of the production process.
• Carry out the continuous cleaning of the wet and dry sections of the paper machine.
• Prepare the auxiliary materials necessary for the paper production process.
• Execute the planning, according to the supervisor's instructions, together with the machine assistant.
• Alert about possible abnormal situations.
• Report to the supervisor any anomaly that cannot be resolved immediately.
• Perform maintenance, order, and cleaning of the facilities in their area and the rest of the paper mill.
• Support and carry out other tasks in the different areas of the paper mill when necessary.
• Keep the equipment and tools of the paper mill in good condition, reporting any deficiencies as soon as possible.
• Collaborate in the training of production staff, promoting their continuous improvement.
• Provide the documentation requested by the company management.
• Receive and transmit information from/to the following teams/shifts.

• Comply with all the rules, instructions, and procedures of the Safety and Health System implemented in the company.
• Alert about possible abnormal situations.

QUALITY

• Carry out the control and compliance with all the rules, instructions, and procedures of the Quality Management System implemented in the company.
• Alert about possible abnormal situations.

ENVIRONMENT

• Comply with all the rules, instructions, and procedures of the Environmental Management System implemented in the company.

Principales Responsabilidades:

OPERATIVAS

• Seguir las instrucciones del Encargado en las diferentes tareas relacionadas con la producción de papel a la máquina.
• Gestionar, con iniciativa y responsabilidad, las operaciones habituales a realizar en la máquina de papel, en cuanto a acciones operacionales, de calidad y de seguridad.
• Supervisar, verificar y optimizar el correcto funcionamiento del proceso productivo y de la máquina de papel.
• Gestionar, con iniciativa y responsabilidad, los parámetros de la máquina, manteniendo informado en todo momento al encargado.
• Realizar el cambio de rollo y la prisa de muestras en ausencia del ayudante de maquina
• Gestionar la planificación en coordinación con el ayudante de maquina
• Realizar las limpiezas de las instalaciones auxiliares de los proceso productivo
• Realizar las limpiezas continúo de la zona húmeda y seca de la máquina de papel
• Preparar los materiales auxiliares necesarios para el proceso de producción de papel
• Ejecutar la Planificación, según las indicaciones del encargado, junto con el ayudante de máquina
• Alertar de posibles situaciones anómalas
• Comunicar al encargado de cualquier anomalía que no pueda solucionarse al momento
• Realizar mantenimiento, orden y limpieza de las instalaciones de su área *ii del resto de la papelera
• Apoyar y realizar otras tareas en las distintas zonas de la papelera cuando sea necesario
• Mantener en buen estado las equipaciones y herramientas de la papelera, comunicando las deficiencias lo más bien posible
• Colaborar en la formación del personal de producción favoreciendo su mejora continúa
• Agasajar la documentación que la Dirección de la empresa le solicite
• Recibir y transmitir la información de /a los siguientes equipos/turnos

• Cumplir todas las normas, instrucciones y procedimientos del Sistema de *Seguridad y *Salud implantado a la empresa
• Alertar de posibles situaciones anómalas

CALIDAD

• Llevar a cabo el control y cumplimiento de todas *las normas, instrucciones y procedimientos del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad implantado a la empresa
• Alertar de posibles situaciones anómalas

MEDIO AMBIENTE

• Cumplir todas las normas, instrucciones y procedimientos del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental implantado a la empresa
• Alertar de posibles situaciones anómalas
