Junior Industrial Electromechanic

At GRUPO CRIT we are looking for an Electromechanic with experience in industrial machinery (mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity) to work at a leading company in the food sector in Casarrubios del Monte.

Main Responsibilities

• Organize and manage preventive maintenance plans for industrial machinery.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the industrial machinery and facilities of the client company.
• Measure, monitor, record, and control the condition of industrial machinery and facilities.
• Organize and manage the necessary materials and spare parts.
• Manage incidents, breakdowns, and wear and tear.
• Use hand tools and work equipment.

Requirements

• Education:
  • Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Industrial Maintenance and Electromechanics or Industrial Mechatronics.
  • Technical Engineering or Engineering in Electromechanics.
  • Certifications or Technical Specialization Courses such as Hydraulics and Pneumatics, Industrial Electricity, Automation, and Industrial Control.
• ESSENTIAL knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity.
• Driver's License: Essential to access the workplace.
• Motivation: Interest and willingness to learn and grow professionally.

• Nice to have:
  • Previous experience in a similar role (not essential).
  • Communication and teamwork skills.
  • Immediate availability.

• Initial Contract: 3 months with strong possibilities of joining the company's permanent staff.

Desde GRUPO CRIT estamos buscando un/a Electromecánico/a con experiencia en maquinaria industrial (mécanica, hidraulica y electricidad) para trabajar en una empresa líder en el sector alimentario en Casarrubios del Monte.

Funciones Principales

• Organizar y gestionar los planes preventivos de mantenimiento de maquinaria industrial.
• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la maquinaria industrial e instalaciones de la empresa usuaria.
• Medir, seguir, registrar y controlar el estado de la maquinaria industrial e instalaciones.
• Organizar y gestionar materiales y repuestos necesarios.
• Gestionar incidencias, averías y deterioros.
• Utilizar herramientas manuales y equipos de trabajo.

Requisitos

• Formación:
  • FP Grado Medio o FP Grado Superior en Mantenimiento y Electromecánica Industrial o Mecatrónica Industrial.
  • Ingeniería Técnica o Ingeniería en Electromecánica.
  • Certificaciones o Cursos de Especialización Técnica como Hidráulica y Neumática, Electricidad Industrial, Automatización y Control Industrial.
• IMPRESCINDIBLE conocimientos en mecánica, hidráulica y electricidad.
• Permiso de Conducir: Indispensable para acceder al lugar de trabajo.
• Motivación: Interés y disposición para aprender y crecer profesionalmente.

• Valorable:
  • Experiencia previa en un rol similar (no indispensable).
  • Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Disponibilidad inmediata.
