At Grupo CRIT, we are selecting an Industrial Shipping Manager to join the facilities of a major company in the dairy sector located in Talavera de la Reina. Your main mission will be to guarantee the fluidity, control, and quality of the entry and exit of goods, ensuring that each shipment perfectly complies with the established routes and regulations.

Your main functions

In your day-to-day, you will assume key responsibilities for the supply chain:

Entries and Exits: Control the loading/unloading of trucks, manage finished products (internal/external) and raw materials, and prepare entry/exit delivery notes.

Order Management: Ensure that loads match the customer routes, maintaining constant communication with them and with Supply Chain, while also coordinating the picking of incomplete pallets.

Waste Reduction: Identify and prioritize in the system the exit of pallets with short expiration dates to minimize daily losses.
*
Quality and Safety: Verify the condition and temperature of the received product, ensuring that safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
*
Document and Support Management: Control the types of pallets for inventory and keep the daily archive up to date for internal and external audits.
*
Incident Resolution: Coordinate with the laboratory and the shipping manager in the event of missing products in orders.
