Technical Specialist Maintenance of Facilities

• Ensure compliance with NCF regulations and the company's quality system in all activities.
• Guarantee the proper functioning and maintenance of the plant's facilities and systems/equipment, following the relevant documentation to ensure the quality of factory services.
• Work on the plant equipment improvement plan.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to the established schedule.
• Report any relevant anomaly to the person in charge of the Factory Facilities and Systems.
• Carry out daily data collection during rounds according to established procedures.
• Manage the maintenance workshop, as well as the spare parts and consumables warehouses of the factory.
• Communicate part changes due to corrective maintenance to maintain safety stock.
• Complete maintenance reports to optimize resources and propose improvements.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned premises and equipment, following the corresponding procedures.
• Prepare work reports as necessary.
• Collaborate with the calibration technician when required.

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas NCF y del sistema de calidad de la compañía en todas las actividades.
• Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento y mantenimiento de las instalaciones y sistemas de la planta/ Equipos, siguiendo la documentación pertinente para asegurar la calidad de los servicios de fábrica.
• Trabajar en el plan de mejora de los equipos de la planta
• Ejecutar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo según la planificación establecida.
• Reportar cualquier anomalía relevante al responsable de Instalaciones y Sistemas de la Fábrica.
• Realizar toma diaria de datos durante las rondas según los procedimientos establecidos.
• Gestionar el taller de mantenimiento, así como los almacenes de repuestos y consumibles de la fábrica.
• Comunicar los cambios de piezas por mantenimientos correctivos para mantener el stock de seguridad.
• Completar informes de mantenimiento para optimizar los recursos y proponer mejoras.
• Mantener la limpieza y el buen estado de los locales y equipos a cargo, siguiendo los procedimientos correspondientes.
• Realizar partes de trabajo según sea necesario.
• Colaborar con el técnico de calibraciones cuando se requiera.
