Energy Sales Call Center Agent

From Grupo Crit, we are selecting Telephone Sales Advisors to contact potential clients, identify their needs, and advise them on the energy solutions that best suit them. In addition, during the call you will have the opportunity to offer value-added services, generating new business opportunities and always providing warm, professional, and high-quality service.

Your main duties will be:

• Making calls to potential clients.
• Informing and advising on energy contracts and services.
• Managing new sign-ups for contracts.
• Identifying opportunities to offer additional services.
• Ensuring an excellent customer service experience on every call.
• Working with a customer-focused approach and toward meeting sales targets.

Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO)

Intermediate level of Microsoft Office.

Preferably 1 year of experience in similar tasks as a commercial call center agent.

Preferably experience in the energy sector

A person accustomed to working toward targets

Availability to complete 8 days of blended training in the morning, Monday to Friday.

Availability to work afternoon shifts (from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM) Monday to Friday.

Employment contract initially for 3 months, with the possibility of extension.

30 hours per week, afternoon shift: from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Desde Grupo Crit seleccionamos Asesores/as Comerciales Telefónicos para contactar con clientes potenciales, identificar sus necesidades y asesorarles sobre las soluciones energéticas que mejor se adapten a ellos. Además, durante la llamada tendrás la oportunidad de ofrecer servicios de valor añadido, generando nuevas oportunidades comerciales y proporcionando siempre una atención cercana, profesional y de calidad.

Tus principales funciones serán:

• Emitir llamadas a clientes potenciales.
• Informar y asesorar sobre contratos y servicios energéticos.
• Gestionar nuevas altas de contratación.
• Detectar oportunidades para ofrecer servicios adicionales.
• Garantizar una experiencia de atención excelente en cada llamada.
• Trabajar con orientación al cliente y al cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales.

Formación mínima ESO

Nivel medio de Paquete Office.

Valorable 1 año de experiencia en tareas similares como teleoperador/a comercial.

Valorable experiencia en el sector energético

Persona acostumbrada a trabajar por objetivos

Disponibilidad para realizar formación semi presencial de 8 días en horario de mañana de lunes a viernes.

Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos de tarde (de 15h a 21h.) de lunes a viernes.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

Contrato laboral inicial de 3 meses, con posibilidad de prórroga.

Jornada de 30 horas semanales en turno de tarde: de 15h a 21h, de lunes a viernes.
