Social Health Worker in Auxiliary Nursing Care

At HLA Hospital Group we are looking to add social health workers to our team.

Location: 

Your mission will be to carry out all auxiliary care tasks for our patients according to an established care plan.

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

-  Participate, by delegation, in activities related to the hygiene, mobilization, preparation of the stay, cleaning, dietary assistance, etc. of patients, within the care plan planned by the nurse.

-   Perform and provide support in all those activities not exclusive to healthcare staff that facilitate the functions of the medical and nursing team.

-   In general, all those tasks assigned by your direct supervisors, according to your training and professional skills.

-  Any other tasks that, according to their abilities and professional skills, may be assigned.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION?

• Previous experience of at least one year in a similar position.

Tu misión será ejecutar todas aquellas tareas de cuidados auxiliares de nuestros  pacientes según un plan de cuidados establecido.

¿CUALES SERÁN TUS RESPONSABILIDADES?

-  Participar por delegación en aquellas actividades relacionadas con la higiene, movilización, preparación de la estancia, limpieza, asistencia en la dieta, etc. de los pacientes, dentro del plan de cuidados planificado por la enfermera.

-   Realizar y prestar tu apoyo en todas aquellas actividades no exclusivas del personal sanitario, que faciliten las funciones del equipo médico y enfermería.

-   En general, todas aquellas que le sea encomendadas por tus responsables directos, conforme a tu capacitación y competencias profesionales.

-  Cualesquiera otras que, de acuerdo con sus capacidades y competencias profesionales, le sea encomendadas.

¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A ESTA VACANTE?

• Titulación sociosanitaria

• Experiencia previa de al menos un año en un puesto similar.
