Laboratory Procurement and Logistics Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Purchasing and Laboratory Logistics Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing the supply chain from procurement to final delivery, as well as collecting samples from clients and delivering them to our facilities.

As the person in charge, you will propose improvements to the organization and procedures to enable orderly operational growth.

• You will ensure procurement policy compliance across all areas of the company, adapting and optimizing it as necessary.
• Implementation of additional processes to ensure compliance with the purchasing policy, using the available tools (BC365...) or proposing new ones.
• Monitoring and evaluation of suppliers according to ISO standards (9001, 15189, 27000...) in collaboration with the quality department.
• Maintenance and implementation of the BC365 ERP in new companies (M&A, mergers...).
• You will resolve incidents and ensure supply continuity.
• You will consolidate solutions at the group level (indirect procurement approach).
• Management / supervision of sourcing processes, RFI, RFQ... in coordination with the group.
• You will participate in international projects related to the area.
• You will coordinate and supervise daily logistics and warehousing activities.
• You will optimize logistics processes, ensure their quality, and reduce associated costs.
• You will implement tools to optimize logistics controls and flows.
• You will oversee logistics partners and ensure compliance with agreements.
• You will collaborate with other departments, such as commercial, to align logistics strategies with the organization's overall objectives.
• You will evaluate the internalization/externalization of logistics services (Make or Buy).
• Invoicing control.
• Collaboration with all areas of the company to understand and anticipate procurement and logistics needs.
• Manage and control the department's budget.
• Generate KPIs to monitor operations and departmental performance.

• University degree in Business Administration (ADE), Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in procurement.
• Specific experience in logistics is valued.
