We are looking for a Receptionist for our 3* hotel located in León.

What will you be responsible for?

Managing room reservations.

Optimizing resources with the aim of offering the best quality in customer service.

Guest check-in and check-out.

Telephone assistance and management of requests or incidents.

Providing excellent customer service.

Gestión de las reservas de habitaciones.

Optimización de los recursos con el objetivo de ofrecer la mejor calidad en la atención al cliente.

Check in y check out de huéspedes.

Atención telefónica y gestión de peticiones o incidencias.

Ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente.
