Administration Internship Storeroom Madrid

We are looking for a Storeroom Intern for our Hotels located in Madrid 

What will you be responsible for? 

• Monitor and record incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse.
• Support with periodic inventories.
• Check the condition and expiry dates of products.
• Prepare internal orders according to the needs of other departments.
• Help organize and keep the warehouse tidy to optimize space.

• Academic background in Tourism, accommodation management, tour guiding and administration.
• English proficiency  Hotel experience is a plus.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail. 
• Communication and interaction skills. 
• Ability to work in a team and autonomy for self-managing projects. 
• A proactive, committed person with a strong sense of responsibility.

¿De qué serás responsable? 

• Controlar y registrar entradas y salidas de mercancía en el almacén.
• Apoyar en la realización de inventarios periódicos.
• Verificar el estado y la caducidad de los productos.
• Preparar pedidos internos según las necesidades de otros departamentos.
• Colaborar en la organización y orden del almacén para optimizar el espacio.
