The role

We are looking for Part-time Baristas to join our specialty take away coffee shops in Madrid.

☕️ At Syra, the Barista is the one who makes every coffee and every visit count. We are looking for people with an interest in the world of coffee, customer orientation, and attention to detail, capable of caring for both a good espresso extraction and the experience of every person who enters our shops.

What you'll do

  • Prepare coffee and other products following Syra's quality standards.

  • Attend to and advise our customers, offering a close and careful experience.

  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and ready for service.

  • Perform the corresponding opening, operational, and closing tasks.

  • Comply with established safety, hygiene, and prevention procedures.
