Openings Technician

We are looking for an Openings Technician to oversee the new hotel openings within our chain.

What will you be responsible for?

• Carrying out on-site inspections of the technical requirements needed for new hotel openings.
• Managing and maintaining quality standards for new openings.
• Preparing site inspection checklists.Preparing technical reports.

Do you want to join the hospitality industry?

• Qualification as a Senior Technician in Building Projects, Senior Technician in Construction Organization and Control, or similar.
• Advanced level of English.
• Availability to travel.
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a team.

Buscamos un/a Técnico/a Aperturas para el control de las nuevas aperturas hoteleras de nuestra cadena.

¿De qué serás responsable?

• Realizar control en obra de los requisitos técnicos necesarios para las nuevas aperturas de hoteles.
• Gestionar y mantener los estándares de calidad de las nuevas aperturas.
• Realización de hojas de verificación de obra.Redacción de informes técnicos.
