Junior Technician - Hotel Reservations and Distribution

We are looking for a GDS Technician for our Barcelona offices.

- Resolving issues with reservations made by travel agencies and/or hotels through the GDS system.

- Onboarding new hotels onto the various GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo and Worldspan).

- Loading rates and managing rate displays for corporate clients.

- Experience in hotels or travel agencies will be valued.

- Advanced level of English is required.

- You have a university degree in Tourism or similar, or a higher vocational qualification in Travel Agencies or Hotel Management.

- Analytical profile with organizational skills and attention to detail.

Buscamos un Técnico/a de GDS para las oficinas de Barcelona.

- Resolución de incidencias en las reservas que realizan las agencias de viajes y/o los hoteles mediante el mismo sistema GDS.

- Dar el alta de hoteles en las distintas plataformas GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo y Worldspan).

- Realizar la carga de tarifas para empresas y control de visualización.

- Además, se valorará experiencia en hoteles o en agencias de viaje.

- Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés.

- Tienes Grado universitario en Turismo o similar, FP Superior en Agencias de Viajes o Alojamientos Turísticos.

- Perfil analítico con habilidades organizativas y atención a los detalles.
