What you'll do

  • Serve as the first line of engineering support for incidents on the factory floor, establishing corrective and preventive measures to minimize the impact on scheduling and deliveries.
  • Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analyses and identify opportunities for improvement and automation of production processes.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain manufacturing documentation-including manufacturing instructions, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions-ensuring compliance with defined production processes.
  • Manage design deviations (waivers) for the repair and recovery of non-conforming printed circuit boards (PCBAs).
  • Design and develop manufacturing tools using SOLIDWORKS, including machined parts and 3D printing solutions.
  • Ensure proper traceability of materials throughout the entire production process.
  • Collaborate with the Design, Production, Quality, and Testing teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve industrial efficiency.
