Installation Validation Specialist

The Installation Validation Specialist is responsible for conducting on-site inspections at locations where commercial contracts have already been signed, with the aim of gathering complete, accurate, and verifiable information to assess the feasibility of installing a Locker and properly preparing the space.

The role combines fieldwork, route planning, and administrative tasks, acting as a quality filter between the Acquisition, Deployment, and customer teams. This work is key to preventing errors, reducing costs, and avoiding failed installations or delays during the deployment process.

Fieldwork (Site Surveys)

• Conduct on-site visits to locations previously secured by the commercial team.

• Travel by car and manage routes efficiently.

• Assess and document available space, approximate measurements, access points, obstacles, level changes, and general site conditions.

• Verify the proximity of electrical connection points (without performing any technical work).

• Take clear, representative photographs of the installation site.

• Identify risks or limitations that could affect the installation.

• Collect objective data without making final decisions about the installation.

Planning and coordination

• Independently plan visit routes and schedules.

• Coordinate access and appointments with site contacts, managing changes or rescheduling when necessary.

• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify technical or contextual information.

• Support the Deployment team with light maintenance tasks within the existing network when required.

• Validate locations on-site when required.

Reporting and administrative management

• Complete inspection reports in the established format.

• Upload information and evidence to internal tools, ensuring data traceability and consistency.

• Review and correct inspections when inconsistencies are detected.

• Advise customers on how to prepare the space before installation (clearing the area, removing obstacles, ensuring access).

• Act as the operational point of contact during the pre-installation phase.

El/la Especialista en Validación de Instalaciones es responsable de realizar inspecciones presenciales en ubicaciones donde ya se han firmado contratos comerciales, con el objetivo de recopilar información completa, precisa y verificable para evaluar la viabilidad de instalar un Locker y preparar correctamente el espacio.

El puesto combina trabajo de campo, planificación de rutas y tareas administrativas, actuando como un filtro de calidad entre los equipos de Adquisición, Despliegue y clientes. Su trabajo es clave para prevenir errores, reducir costes y evitar instalaciones fallidas o retrasos durante el proceso de despliegue.

Trabajo de campo (Site Surveys)

• Realizar visitas presenciales a ubicaciones previamente cerradas por el equipo comercial.

• Desplazarse en coche y gestionar rutas de manera eficiente.

• Evaluar y documentar el espacio disponible, medidas aproximadas, accesos, obstáculos, desniveles y condiciones generales del entorno.

• Verificar la proximidad de puntos de conexión eléctrica (sin realizar ninguna intervención técnica).

• Tomar fotografías claras y representativas del lugar de instalación.

• Identificar riesgos o limitaciones que puedan afectar a la instalación.

• Recopilar datos objetivos sin tomar decisiones finales sobre la instalación.

Planificación y coordinación

• Planificar de forma autónoma las rutas y agendas de visitas.

• Coordinar accesos y citas con los responsables de las ubicaciones, gestionando cambios o reprogramaciones cuando sea necesario.

• Colaborar con los equipos internos para aclarar información técnica o contextual.

• Dar soporte al equipo de Despliegue con tareas ligeras de mantenimiento dentro de la red existente cuando sea necesario.

• Validar ubicaciones in situ cuando se requiera.

Reporting y gestión administrativa

• Completar informes de inspección en el formato establecido.

• Subir información y evidencias a las herramientas internas, garantizando la trazabilidad y consistencia de los datos.

• Revisar y corregir inspecciones cuando se detecten inconsistencias.

• Asesorar a los clientes sobre cómo preparar el espacio antes de la instalación (despejar la zona, retirar obstáculos, asegurar accesos).

• Actuar como punto de contacto operativo durante la fase previa a la instalación.

• Carnet de conducir tipo B en vigor y disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente por España y/o Portugal.
