At Izertis, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the company's Software Architecture team within the Quality Assurance area, playing a key role at both a technical level and in terms of leadership and technological representation.

The selected person will work closely with the Principal Architect, participating in high-impact strategic projects, both with international clients in the retail sector and in priority internal initiatives for the company. This is a senior, hands-on role with a strong technical, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration component.

What will your functions be?

* Collaborate directly with the Principal Architect for one of the company's top five clients, in an international retail environment.
* Lead a team of 5 quality engineers, acting as a technical and organizational reference.
* Be an active part of the team, contributing directly to the project's tools, solutions, and technical practices.
* Collaborate with the Principal Architect within the Izertis Architecture team, being directly technologically responsible for two of the company's strategic (top priority) projects.
* Perform technical supervision tasks, ensuring quality, architectural alignment, and best practices.
* Actively contribute to the technical development and evolution of said projects.
* Design and execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) related to: New potential clients. New tools and technologies.
* Validation of architectural and quality solutions.
* Provide high-level technical pre-sales support, participating in the definition and defense of technical proposals and complex architectures.
* Collaborate with the company's cross-functional Architecture team, considered the technological spearhead team, contributing to the definition of standards, best practices, and corporate technical vision.
