We are currently looking to incorporate a Head of Structural Design for Unique Buildings in Madrid, who shares our commitment to quality, responsibility, and excellent service.

Job functions and responsibilities:

• Monitoring and supporting Design teams for the Structures specialty, verifying compliance

• Reviewing Structural Design to ensure quality and implementation of internal guidelines provided

• Coordination of structures with other disciplines.

• Identification of discrepancies and problems, and their resolution

• Attendance at meetings with the Head of Design, Project Manager, and Owner

• Integrating detailed engineering into the Project

• Resolution of interdisciplinary conflicts and site queries to guarantee quality and construction deadlines

• Technical support for Procurement for the launch of contracts and review of the technical aspects of construction solutions to be implemented on site
