WHAT YOUR WORK AT JYSK WILL BE LIKE

  • Alongside the Store Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing store routines, ensuring the store is always ready for customers, and achieving excellent sales results

WHAT YOU MUST BRING

  • At least 2 years of experience in leading, motivating, and developing sales teams
  • Intermediate Vocational Training qualifications
  • Full availability to work rotating shifts
  • Good proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office, email applications, internet)
  • Be inspiring and communicative to create a positive work environment
  • Commitment to taking responsibility for customer service and results
  • Be problem-solver oriented, keep a cool head, and guide your team even in adverse situations
  • You always strive to improve your results and recover quickly after setbacks
  • You are passionate about sales and are a skilled salesperson
