WHAT YOUR WORK AT JYSK WILL BE LIKE

  • You will lead a district consisting of 8 to 12 stores, being directly responsible for the development and support of their Store Managers, and having an indirect impact on a team of over 90 people
  • Your weeks will never be the same; you will visit the stores in your district where you will face a varied and dynamic day-to-day
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the stores in your district are 100% prepared for sales and customers, communicating, leading, and developing your teams, both remotely and in person during your visits, following JYSK's leadership principles
  • You will ensure that your Store Managers have a solid action plan to achieve key objectives and will motivate them to do so
  • You will ensure that routines and concepts are executed in the stores
