What you'll do

You will be responsible for developing the sales figures of your sector (World), defining and implementing the commercial strategy in collaboration with your team of Team Managers. Your commitment will be to offer exceptional experiences to our customers, helping them transform their homes into the best place to live.

Design and lead the commercial strategy for the areas that make up your sector, aligned with Leroy Merlin's strategic plan.
Analyze the needs of local customers to develop strategies that positively impact their experience and loyalty.
Drive the attraction of new customers and ensure complete support throughout their purchasing cycle.
Build a motivated team of Team Managers, ensuring their professional development and designing succession plans.
Work closely with the Management Committee and sales teams to transform and evolve the business in the region.
Implement data-driven decisions to maximize impact on the bottom line and strengthen the sustainability of the business.

What you need to succeed in the role

Previous experience in strategic management in the retail sector, designing and implementing effective commercial models.
Knowledge of the local market and the ability to make valuable decisions.
Experience in team management in omnichannel environments, creating a positive atmosphere and helping bring out the best in each person.
