What you'll do

WHAT YOUR JOB AT JYSK WILL BE LIKE

  • Together with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing store routines, ensuring that the store is always ready for customers, and achieving great sales results.
  • Your main task will be to ensure campaigns, the best sales attitude, and a positive, high-energy environment where your team thrives.
  • You will support the Store Manager by communicating, guiding, and training the team on the sales floor following JYSK's leadership principles.
  • You will train your colleagues in a customer-first attitude, in how to determine customer needs, and in making additional sales.
  • You enjoy physical work and will lead by example, selling and carrying out routine store tasks.
  • You see yourself in the future as Store Manager of your own store and will show commitment to get there.

What we're looking for

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • At least 2 years of experience leading, motivating, and developing sales teams.
  • Intermediate Vocational Education qualifications.
  • Full availability to work rotating shifts.
  • Good knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office, email applications, internet).
  • Being inspirational and communicative to create a positive working environment.
  • Commitment to take responsibility for customer service and results.
  • Being resourceful, keeping a cool head, and guiding your team even in adverse situations.
  • You are always striving to improve your results and then bounce back quickly after a setback.
  • You are passionate about sales and are a skilled salesperson.
