We are looking for an Architect AI & Automation with experience in business automation and Generative Artificial Intelligence to lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that generate real impact in top-tier organizations.

You will be part of projects where AI is not a pilot, but a strategic tool for optimizing operations, improving efficiency, and accelerating digital transformation.

What will your mission be?

Design, build, and deploy advanced AI-based automation solutions, intelligent agents, and scalable architectures.

You will work on initiatives that combine:

• Advanced business process automation.

• Multi-agent systems.

• MCP (Model Context Protocol) architectures.

• Integration of LLMs into business processes.

• Virtual assistants and intelligent workflows.

• Cloud platforms and on-premises environments.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Design end-to-end high-complexity automations.

• Define resilient and scalable architectures.

• Implement AI agents for enterprise use cases.

• Integrate multiple corporate systems and cloud services.

• Develop solutions powered by generative models and multi-agent systems.

• Participate in transformation initiatives with direct business impact.

• Apply advanced Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering techniques.

• Desarrollar soluciones apoyadas en modelos generativos y sistemas multiagente.

• Participar en iniciativas de transformación con impacto directo en negocio.

• Modelo de trabajo en remoto 🏡. Opción de ir a trabajar a oficinas pero siempre a elección del trabajador.

• Horario flexible ⏰: horario flexible entrada 8.30h salida 18h con viernes intensivo de 8h a 15h y en verano (julio y agosto) intensivo de 8h a 15h
